Terry and
Beth Johnson
have a long history of working in
management and client-relations for
Fortune 500 corporations. They have
both worked their way up from
positions as analysts and office
clerks to senior managers--and along
the way they have developed a deep
respect for strength in leadership
and excellence in customer service.
Before joining the AccuDiagnostics
franchise,
Terry worked as a
client-facing project manager for
The Trizetto Group, a
consumer-directed healthcare
software development company. Prior
to that, he
was a senior manager for HSBC Bank
where he managed the business
project management group. Before
joining the bank,
Terry was an Industrial
Engineering manager with United
Parcel Service, focusing on
driver-training, process-improvement
and efficiency studies. At 14 years
of age, he
began working for the State of
Washington as a home
healthcare provider for his
quadriplegic brother and quit 26
years later when he married
Beth.
Terry graduated from
Portland State University’s pre-med
program with a Bachelor’s degree in
Biology.
Beth has also worked for
HSBC for the past 10 years. HSBC is
considered the “World’s Local Bank”
and is currently the
largest bank in the world, with
branches in over 80 countries.
She presently works as an AVP of
Business Relations & Communications,
and has held various management
positions focusing primarily in the
area of Relations Management &
Client Services for some of the
bank’s major portfolios. When
she first joined the bank,
Beth worked in the Fraud
department as as Business Analyst
working on major systems
conversion-related projects. Prior
to working for HSBC, she was a
Customer Service Manager for Cascade
Wholesale Hardware.
